HABITAT UPDATE
Work to be done:
1. Ensure all 4 "gable end" trusses are well braced with diagonal bracing.
Some are in place; add additional blocking/bracing as needed.
2. Nail the bottom chord of the two sidewall trusses (some nails were
installed, but the entire length needs to nailed fully to the top sidewall
plates).
3. Measure correct location of bottom chord of trusses where they cross
hallway and closet walls and nail off into final position.
4. Remove 6 L vertical braces for the trusses nailed onto the outside of
the two outside walls; NOTE: they are also nailed to the end wall trusses,
so that has to be removed as well; disassemble the L's.
5. Add deadwood on left and right sides of rooms as needed.
